Bill Pay is one of the smart features that we provide to our customers to help you minimize the procedure of paying bills by enabling users to settle a bill payment within a few swipes and taps right in the Timo app.

1/ Pay up to 4 bills within 2 minutes
Speed is one of the benefits that you get from Timo, as most transactions can be carried out online within a blink of an eye.
To settle 4 bills within 2 minutes, all you need to do is swipe left at Spend Account, choose Bill Pay and tap on the bills you need to pay in your Bill List. Better yet, your Timo’s Bill List stores all your saved service providers with your bill details to help you pay your bills quickly but accurately.
2/ Feature up to 38 utility bill providers in the Timo app
With Timo, you do not have to physically travel anywhere as you can easily find your service providers right in the Timo app and settle your payments. To bring a convenient experience for users, the Timo app offers approximately 38 service providers. All you need to do is simply select the type of service and choose your service provider from the list offered in the Timo app.
Based on your customer ID or contract ID you saved in the Timo app, Timo will retrieve your billing information everytime you need to make a bill payment. All bill payments are made with Money from your Spend Account with no extra fee.

Electricity: EVN HCM, EVN Ha Noi
Internet: FPT, VNPT, Viettel
Post-paid mobile phones: Mobifone, Vinaphone, Viettel

3/ Automatically store your bill details
Another outstanding feature of Timo’s Bill Pay is that it provides a fast online bill payment process to users by automatically storing the details of your service providers. Once you have already paid your bill with any service provider, all details from the provider’s name to your customer ID/contract ID will be automatically saved in your Payee List. This will help you to quickly settle any subsequent bills in the future. On the other hand, if you change your service provider, you can also delete your previous service provider in the Payee List and add in your replaced service provider.
