We’re experiencing some technical issues
Timo customers may be experiencing some issues logging in and transacting on the Timo app at the moment. This is largely due to our partner VPBank and their systems. We advise you not to make any transactions from the Timo Mobile & Web App or with your Cards at this time. We’re working closely with VPBank to get to the bottom of this might take us some time to fix the issue so please bear with us. We will keep you updated as soon as possible.
We look ahead to 2020 and embrace the change that is necessary to continue to improve customer first banking in Vietnam. Looking back at the last 5 years of offering convenient, simple and fast banking services, Timo could not be more grateful to our valued partner VPBank, without whom this would not have been possible. But as we’ve turned the corner on 2020, it’s time for a change and we have some big news we want to share with you.
TIMO IS CHANGING BANKING PARTNER.
You can find more details on our new banking partner at the end of this blog article. Meanwhile we are committed to offering you convenience, value and security – and above all else ensure you have access to your funds and your Timo account throughout this transition process.
